Middle Fork of the Salmon pictures. We were on the river the first week of June, when the gauge read between 5 and 6 feet. It turned out to be a great level for both kayaks and rafts. Great trip, highly recommended, especially if you can hook up with a good group of people like we had!

A couple of notes about these pictures: clicking on the thumbnail will get you a medium sized picture, not too big. If you click on that picture you'll get a LARGE picture (1+ MB) that is suitable for printing. If you click on the movie links, they're even bigger (10+ MBs) so I would only recommend doing that with a high speed internet connection. The movies are in .avi format, and not all players can recognize that format. I have a conversion program and can get them in MPG or whatever else you want. The .avi files are suitable for making DVDs out of, if that's something you are interested in.

If the AVI movie files are too large and/or not working, please use this MPG movie page. The movies are smaller in size and will download more quickly -- however they still average about 6 MB in size.
